It is nestled along the banks of the Nassau River in North Florida offering residents a refuge from the bustle of everyday life. Driving along the causeway onto the island offers sweeping views of marsh grass that is part of the Timucuan Ecological & Historic Preserve and the Nassau River basin. With one plus acre home sites covered with large oaks, tall pines, palms, and many other trees, Eagle Bend Island is one of the most beautiful and secluded communities in this area.
