Driving along the causeway onto the island offers sweeping views of marsh grass that is part of the Timucuan Ecological & Historic Preserve and the Nassau River basin. Why register? Registration allows you to receive important announcements via email, and provides access to HOA documents, board meeting minutes, financial reports and other information that is provided in the HOA Members section.

Shortly after the Board approved repairs to the gate at their September Board meeting, a new, lower cost, repair quote was received from another vendor. That new quote was approved at their October Board meeting, and repairs will be completed after the contract is signed and work scheduled.

The Board approved a preliminary budget proposal for 2027 at their 8/19/2026 budget planning meeting. Another budget meeting was held on Saturday, 9/19/26 with some minor modifications made to the budget based on community feedback. This budget received final Board approval at their 10/5/2026 Board meeting. The link below will take you to the page where the budget can be viewed:
All property owners will be able to vote on this budget on Saturday, October 24, 2026, between 9:00am and 12:00pm at the clubhouse. Proxy ballots may be obtained by contacting the Board President or Secretary.

Paving of portions of Eagle Bend Boulevard has been scheduled for December 15, 16 and 17.
During the milling and paving work, Eagle Bend Boulevard will have one lane closed at various times. Please be patient, drive slowly and follow detour directions while this work is underway.
